Harriet and Ellie both possess a Sports Development BSc (Hons) degree, Ellie has also gained her level 1, 2 and advanced Fitness Instructor qualifications so we are both fully able to assist and develop fitness programmes for you.
Harrelle’s body support service
During an initial meeting we will identify exactly what you want to achieve and design you a personalised fitness plan for you to follow – your plan will be composed to fit in with your lifestyle. We can set you realistic short term goals and work with you in order to achieve these.
Our service includes fitness plans, individually written and designed to get you to your target, and weekly meetings to review your progress. Plans will be written considering the time and amenities that are available to you and will be modified to keep pace with your progress and fitness level. In the weekly sessions we will also help keep you motivated, talk through any of your concerns and help keep you on track.
Personal training service
If you feel that you would benefit from one to one sessions with our personal trainer to compliment our fitness plan then this is also an option.
As with everything at Harrelle all our services are completely personal and tailored to you. We can incorporate our fitness service into your wedding planning proposal or we can work with you solely on the fitness side.
